Advisory Board

The Advisory Board of Quarteera - the Supervisory Body

The tasks of the Advisory Board are:

• Supporting, accompanying, and advising the board,
• Monitoring the board and reviewing the management,
• Strategic planning and alignment of the association in cooperation with the board,
• Pointing out significant matters and undesirable developments to the board and the general assembly,
• Approval of significant transactions. To fulfill these tasks, the Advisory Board has the right to obtain information and inspect the association’s business records at any time.

The Advisory Board is entitled to:

• Participate in board meetings with an advisory vote,
• Determine conclusively that the interests of the association require an extraordinary general assembly.
